Politics, as presently practised, is unpopular and therefore outdated because it's current incarnation is negatively saturated but I'm
sure there are think tanks spread all over the planet trying to work this out before we're invaded by the Draco, but more on that
in Episode 11 - mostly dedicated to conspiracy fanatics...
